According to Thomas Markle he could sue Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in order to see his grandkids. He said, “several lawyers” in California have told him he could win if he takes legal action. California is one of the states that allows for enforced grandparent visitation.

He is reportedly estranged from his overexposed daughter and has yet to see his grandkids Archie, 2, and baby Lilibet, in person. Actually, no one in public has apparently seen Lili. He called his daughter the so-called Duchess of Sussex “childish” to treat him this way.

But he also made it clear that he would not play tit for tat with her.

Thomas Markle told “Good Morning Britain”: “I’d love to see my grandchildren. People have suggested in California I could sue to see my grandkids. But I think if I did that I’d be doing the same thing Meghan and Harry are doing.”

He added, “I don’t want to include my grandchildren in this situation, I want to see my grandchildren with friendly parents and friendship all around. I don’t want hostile parents when seeing my grandchildren. So I’ll wait.” We hope he has plenty of food and water while he waits.
