Royal Family News – There Are Several Royal Nannies
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have a full-time nanny to help them with their three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Will she travel with them and spend Christmas at Sandringham as well?
The nanny for the Cambridge children is Maria Teresa Marrion Borrallo. She was hired when the couple’s oldest child, Prince George, was eight months old (he is now 8-years old).

The Spanish born Maria is a graduate of Norland College, a reputable nanny school. In fact she has been labeled the, “most successful alumni,” of Norland College. So, how will the royal nanny spend Christmas?
Maria is a full time nanny and as such is expected to be spend Christmas day with the Royal Family. Her first public appearance with the Cambridge family came in 2014 when she was hired.
Maria came on board during a busy time in the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s lives as she was hired to tend to George as the family undertook a tour of Australia and New Zealand.
Royal Family News – Maria Is Nanny To The Cambridge Family
Since then Maria has been seen tending to Prince Louis, Prince George and Princess Charlotte in public and she has attended the queen’s Christmas lunch in the past. In fact, Maria attends almost all events in which the children are present.
Because of her close and trusted bond with the Cambridge’s, Maria has assisted with other young children as needed. For example she was at Pippa Middleton’s wedding to James Matthews and photographed helping out with the children in the wedding party.
Maria was also seen tending to the young bridesmaids and pageboys at the weddings of Harry and Meghan as well as at the wedding of Princess Eugenie and James Brooksbank.
