Royal Family News: Will Prince Harry Regret Not Reaching Out To Meghan’s Sick Father?

British royal family news shows that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle appear to be living their best lives in sunny California, playing polo and making rude videos demanding that unemployed women get back to work in a post-Covid world.

One person who isn’t faring so well is Meghan’s father Thomas Markle. He is in the hospital, apparently the victim of a stroke. The hospital is in Chula Vista, California, a short drive down the freeway and some think the occasion would be the perfect opportunity for Meghan and Harry to mend the fence’s they have burned to the ground. Thomas is elderly and has never seen his grandchildren in person. He has the right to sue for custodial visits but has chosen not to in order to spare his daughter any upset, instead wishing in public for a chance to see them before he dies.

According to royal reporter Richard Kay, now is the time for Harry to end, “the animosity that exists between him and his father-in-law.”

Markle has never met Harry either, such is the strain that the couple have placed on the paternal figure. Harry is also reportedly estranged from his father Prince Charles and brother William as well, those burned bridges also allegedly occurring after Meghan entered his life.

In online footage the former TV lighting director, “is seen lying on a stretcher with an oxygen mask strapped to his face.” How will Harry and Meghan respond to the plight of her father?

It is a crucial moment for them as they have bragged and boasted for two years about the, “virtue of their compassion.” Now is the time to prove their salt.

As Kay notes, “How different things could have been, not just for Thomas Markle but for Prince Harry, too. Far from home, having the kindly figure of his father-in-law to turn to might have provided Harry with the stability he has so plainly been lacking since abandoning his own family.”

Instead, insipid Harry and Meghan have sought to ingratiate themselves into Hollywood royalty, being snubbed repeatedly. The latest blow came this month when Netflix cancelled Meghan before she got her cartoon project out of the gate. Soon after they moved to Cali it was said that world famous composer David Foster had become a “surrogate father” to 30-something self-orphaned Harry. No celeb of note, including Foster, has been willing to be seen in public with these two for some time. Harry has been forced to join the local polo club to get exposure for his wife, who was recently snubbed as she tried to insert herself into a trophy giving ceremony. Is it too late for the ostracized Markle’s to reach out to the families they have discarded like rubbish? Only time will tell.
