King Charles, Kate Middleton, Prince William SNUB Harry’s Daughter!

As Meghan Markle and Prince Harry wrote out invitations to their daughter Princess Lilibet’s christening, they decided to keep the affair intimate. And so the Duchess and Duke of Sussex chose only certain members of the royal family to invite. For instance, King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William and Kate Middleton all received invitations. But the quartet unanimously snubbed the event, insiders told People.

However, 20 to 30 individuals did accept their invitations. And among those guests, Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland; Lilibet’s godfather, Tyler Perry, and an unnamed godmother helped to make it a special event. A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stated, “I can confirm that Princess Lilibet Diana was christened on Friday, March 3 by the bishop in the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles, the Rev John Taylor.”

Harry and Meghan’s children both received titles after their grandfather Charles became monarch in the wake of Queen Elizabeth’s death. Archie, 3, became a prince while his sister became a princess under rules dating back to King George V in 1917. But beyond the significance of his children’s royal titles, Harry has insisted he wants his youngsters to enjoy relationships with the same family he slammed in his memoir.

Prince Harry Praises Family Values, Slams Royal ‘Institution’

As the Duke of Sussex has done previously, he displayed his talent for throwing shade at the royal family. “I’ve said before that I’ve wanted a family, not an institution,” Harry claimed in a snarky comment. “So of course, I would love nothing more than for our children to have relationships with members of my family,” he added. “And they do with some, which brings me great joy,” insisted Harry, without naming names.

But just last weekend, the Duke of Sussex held a pity party (thinly disguised as a virtual event for his memoir Spare). And he wailed about “feeling more and more distant” from the royal family in the UK. However, Harry skipped admitting to the fact that he and Meghan chose to move from the UK to California.

And the resulting rift keeps expanding rather than getting mended. For instance, King Charles recently evicted Harry and Meghan from their Frogmore Cottage home in Windsor, England. But in their place, disgraced Prince Andrew reportedly received an offer to move into the five-bedroom residence. However, a royal insider described the situation as a private family matter that won’t get discussed by the Palace. As a result, rumors have soared about whether or not Harry and Meghan will accept their invitation to Charles’ upcoming coronation on May 6.
