There have been past complaints made that Prince Harry’s wife was so difficult to work with that she would make incredible demands and even text her staff in the middle of the night with requests.

While some people might think that it might have been a cultural work difference between her and her British assistants, others say that it’s just Meghan being her difficult self.
But for Meghan Markle, she knows that she can’t do anything about it. She’s not going to change. She likes things a certain way and if she has to micromanage her staff, then so be it.
She’s not going to compromise her own work values just because a few complaints have been made. At the end of the day, she still wants to get the job done and will do whatever it takes to make it happen.
