Royal Family News – Meghan Has Trouble Following Rules
The royals forbid family members from signing autographs—after all they are dignified not a theatrical dog and pony show.
The Firm has an autograph ban in order to limit signature forging. And yet in May 2016 Princess Pinocchio was caught greeting fans and handing out autographs in New York City.
Meghan’s claim to fame is playing a role on the cable legal drama “Suits.” In January 2018, months before her final appearance on “Suits” Meghan wrote a handwritten note for a royal fan.

She included the child’s name and drew a heart and a smiley face. According to The List, Meghan has “continued to hand out the keepsake when asked, seemingly never adopting the no-autograph policy.”
Royal Family News – Royal Rule Breaker
In March 2024 Meghan Markle had a gaudy photo op with sick kids who couldn’t say no, at the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital. She was overdressed and the ill kids were less than thrilled to entertain her as she made a spectacle while reading to them.
She gladly posed for Polaroid pics and even signed them, a known no-no. To give you a taste of that royalty is supposed to look like, in May 2023 Princess Catherine attended the Children’s Picnic at the Chelsea Flower Show in London.
When fans asked the Princess of Wales to sign their drawings, she politely explained that it is not allowed.

Then she did something remarkable, she drew some sketches for the kids—everyone was happy, no rules broken, no egg on the face.
Royal Family News: Meghan Can’t Follow Rules
It’s simple to respect the wishes of one’s family unless your name is Meghan Markle. She’s also flaunted her willingness to hug anything that moves, despite this being another royal taboo.
