These days the couple are concentrating on their charities and the entertainment projects they’re producing through Archewell – the creative arm of their foundation. However, with Harry now spending very little time in the UK, a royal expert has claimed that he’s starting to miss his pals.
Royal Expert Says Prince Harry Should Concentrate On Building Bridges
Prince Harry reportedly had a fallen out with his closest cirlce during his controversial move to the US, and since then, the rift has more or less remained in tact.
This was clearly seen when the Prince rushed to the UK in February to see his father and departed shortly after without hanging back to see any old pals.
They say distance makes the heart grow fonder, and according to a royal expert, this saying may be true in Harry’s case as he’s reportedly grown “sad” and is now “looking back at the past” as his “honeymoon period” in the US reaches its end.
This may be the reason he’s determined to upgrade the level of security he and his family are entitled to receiving whilst they are in the UK. Even though he lost the first round of his court battles against the Home Office, he recently won the right to appeal the case.

According to royal commentator Tom Quinn, “Harry is determined to find his own permanent home in the UK.”
He told The Mirror: “As time goes by, Harry misses some aspects of his old life in the UK. Inevitably, the honeymoon period where everything in the States is new and exciting is coming to an end and Harry is looking back at the past through rose-tinted spectacles.”
With Harry losing his lease on Frogmore Cottage last year, he and wife Meghan would need to shell out their own money to purchase a property if they really want a UK base.
The royal commentator added: “He misses his Old Etonian and army friends, many of whom have not visited as they don’t get on with Meghan. Harry is determined to find his own permanent home in the UK, which is partly why he’s continuing his legal action to get the British taxpayer to pay for his security.”
