Samantha Markle Announces Second Book Plans, More Meghan Slamming?

Just when you thought that it’s gotten pretty quiet on the Markle Family front, Meghan Markle’s estranged sister Samantha Markle shares some pretty interesting news. As a matter of fact, Samantha, who hasn’t spoken to her royal sister in years, has just announced that she is planning to write a second book about her life in the shadows of her famous Hollywood sister.

The 50-year-old is one of Meghan Markle’s biggest critics. She often slams the Duchess on social media or makes rather harsh remarks about her, Prince Harry and the rest of the royal family during her media interviews. Now it looks like she’s got much more to say about her past and her non-existent present with her much more famous sister. Samantha told her social media followers on Twitter, “I couldn’t help but let it slip! There are actually two books coming out! Shadows of the Duchess I and II.”

It was previously reported that Samantha wanted to release the book in the Spring of 2019 to coincide with the birth of Meghan Markle’s first baby but now it looks like the book won’t hit store shelves until much later in the year.

So far Meghan herself has not made any comments about her sister Samantha, who has often been criticized for trying to capitalize on the Duchess of Sussex and her royal fame. Meghan also hasn’t spoken to her father Thomas Markle Senior after he failed to show up to her royal wedding to Prince Harry at Windsor Castle last year. Samantha insists that Meghan should give her father a second chance and help repair and heal some of the wounds in their family.
