In 2019 Ferguson told the Daily Mail that she’s had two facelifts. According to her, she had a laser facelift and a thread lift. These are described as non-invasive, pain-free treatments that do not require a lengthy recovery period.

Ferguson has also said that she had Botox and organic fillers performed by her friend, Dr. Gabriela Mercik. But it seems that Fergie wasn’t too keen on the procedures: “I really don’t like the frozen look. I’m so animated and I like to be myself. I don’t like the thought of needles and am very glad if I look well and happy.”

Fergie has a reputation as being refreshingly honest and she has been frank about her plastic surgery history. In addition to the above procedures, she has had mesotherapy aka the vitamin cocktail. Mesotherapy involves the injection of vitamins, plant extracts, enzymes, and hormones to tighten the skin.

She said of this work: “I need to repair the damage that was done on the beach when I was a child. It’s why I had the mesotherapy, to hydrate and boost the skin.” But that’s not the sum total of work that the former royal wife has copped to.

Ferguson has also talked about a foot procedure she had done as part of an effort to feel young again. According to her, she underwent a regenerative stem cell therapy in the Bahamas that “rejuvenated” her feet. But the procedure was not without a physical price as the mother of two said that she could not walk in heels for six months afterward.

In an exceptionally candid quote she said: “I think my toes were ruined by all the riding I did when I was young. They shaved the bone here and implanted stem cells — 20 million of them taken from my midriff — into my feet to make new cartilage.”
