Sophie Wessex Hailed As Easiest Member Of The Royal Family To Work With
Speaking to Hello! Magazine in a new interview, Shutterstock’s royal photographer Tim Rooke has been someone who has been following Sophie Wessex ever since she married Prince Edward. In fact, he was one of the few media representatives that were present for one of the Earl and Countess’ last public visits to Essex before the global pandemic that has been the coronavirus forced everyone to cancel all public plans and shelter-in-place back in mid-March to help curb the spread of the virus.
Rooke told the publication that there’s a good reason why he loves working with Edward and Sophie the most. He explained, “It’s always more relaxed covering the Early and the Countess than it is covering other members of the royal family because there are fewer people around and you are sort of part of the party. It’s very different than going with 60 or 70 members of the media.”
He also had nothing but high words of praise for Sophie, calling her perhaps one of the most professional members of the working royal family. Rooke added, “She realized that it’s extremely important to have her work covered. She’s always aware of us, if you haven’t quite got a picture, she will go out of her way to make sure that you get it.”
British Royal News: Sophie Wessex’s Popularity
With that said, it’s no wonder that the Countess has fast become the breakout star for the royal family this year. Not only is she well-liked by the media, but many reports have also indicated that Sophie has long been regarded as Queen Elizabeth’s favorite daughter-in-law.
