If they could turn back time, they probably would do it in a heartbeat. Of course, we are talking about the British royal family as there’s a new report that suggests the palace regrets listing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in the way that they did.

That’s because with all of the drama going on right now and Prince Andrew’s Jeffrey Epstein controversy, the palace finally realizes that they could use a stable couple like Harry and Meghan during these very turbulent times.

As a matter of fact, the Daily Telegraph even published an article that said the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s most recent trip to Jordan shows what an asset they could have been for the monarchy.

But instead, it seems like Meghan especially was pushed out the door by the royals just because no one thought she could fit in. Things were so bad for her at one point that Meghan says her mental health even deteriorated.

And now that things look quite different – for both the royal family and the Sussexes – one royalist has even gone as far as to say behind the scenes, “Call me a dreamer, but a reconciliation with the Sussexes might be exactly what the Firm needs.”

But whether or not that’s going to happen, remains to be seen. Because right now Meghan Markle has especially made it clear that she doesn’t want to go back to the UK, let alone step foot on British soil again if she doesn’t have to.

Royal Family News: What’s Next For Harry And Meghan?

Her life is much calmer in California. Not only that, but with all the Prince Andrew drama going on right now, Meghan believes that her children are better off staying far away from the palace and even the royal family for that matter.

While a reconciliation might happen some time down the road, it’s not going to happen anytime soon. That’s why the palace regrets losing the couple in the way that they did in the first place.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
