If you’ve been a fan of Harry and Meghan for any length of time, then you must have witnessed one of their epic rebrands. In their bid to rise to the coveted title of Hollywood’s power couple, the Sussexes have gone through a series of image rehabilitation and branding shifts.
This time around, it’s come down to a major cleansing of their communications team, which includes the firing of UK-based Charlie Gipson, their Director of Communications in Europe, and US-based Kyle Boulia, their deputy press secretary.

In addition to this, Lianne Cashin, the former head of operations at Archewell, was given the boot as well.
It’s especially interesting because it’s just been a few weeks since she received her promotion to senior consultant – a position which she received much praises from sources close to the Sussex couple for filling.
And yeah, Meghan Markle’s social media manager was shown the door as well. No surprise there.
Many see this huge internal reset as having stemmed from the backlash that arose as a result of the clip Meghan shared on her Instagram. In the video, apparently 9-months pregnant Meghan was seen dancing in a black gown at the hospital.
Apart from calling into question the reason they would share such a private moment with the world, Meghan was savaged for sexualizing pregnancy, being too ghetto, amongst other things.

In a truly surprising moment, the Duchess chose to address the reason she shared the video in a podcast interview.
But one expert believes that the reason the couple go through so many phases of brands and rebrands is because they don’t take responsibility for their actions.
