The Sun Writer Praises Judge’s Decision To Tear Down Prince Harry’s Baseless Claims

Prince Harry is finding out that things he could get away with in a television program or a book do not have much salt when it comes to the court of law, and The Sun is much the happier for it.

Following the judge’s ruling that Harry’s claims aren’t backed up with factual evidence, The Sun wrote a column celebrating the win.

Prince Harry’s Claims that the Press Collaborates with the Palace Lacked “Credibility”

Prince Harry dragged The Sun to court in the name of proving that the media not only gathered illegal information about him and his family, but did so with the help of the Palace staff.

However, the evidence he provided was hugely inconclusive, and was fairly shut down by Mr Justice Fancourt at the High Court.

Fancourt called Harry’s claims “improbable” and “inherently unlikely”, his testimony “inconsistent”, “vague and limited.” He also noted that there was “absence of any other witness or documentary evidence to support it.”

This is said to be among the long line of misinformation that Harry has spread since leaving behind royal life in 2020 and moving stateside with his family.

Since then, the Prince has gone on several interviews and talk shows to tell his version of the truth and what caused the controversial exit.

The Sun noted that “[Harry and his legal team] certainly will not have surprised his family in Windsor, nor anyone else targeted by his accusations . . . most of those also “inherently unlikely,” “vague” and “inconsistent.”

Remembering the Queen’s famous “recollections may vary” line, The Sun accused Harry, his wife and legal team of thinking they can twist reality to fit their “truths.”

“Both have come to think that anything they feel or believe — their “truth” — qualifies as fact regardless of whether it can be proved or indeed ever took place.”

The Sun then went on to say that Fancourt did the world a favor by pointing out how baseless Harry’s court claims are.
