According to a police spokesperson speaking to the BBC, the accident occurred on an unclassified road, hitting a wall and overturning, causing minor facial injuries that did not need medical attention.

In 2020, Tindall got a six-month driving ban and a £666 fine (about $841) for speeding in her Land Rover. The incident was controversial because Tindall is a long-time brand ambassador for Land Rover, who said it disapproved of speeding but would not end its partnership with the royal.

British Royal Family News – Zara Was Shaken After Her Mother’s Injuries And Hospitalization

Princess Anne, Zara Tindall’s mother, faced a tragic event in 2024 although she eventually recovered. During a difficult year for the royal family, she was hospitalized for head injuries and a concussion from an incident at her estate, causing memory loss from the horse-riding accident.

According to reports, Anne’s daughter was extremely upset after the accident-sources said that Tindall had always been worried about her mother getting hurt or sick because of her busy schedule.

“Zara has been concerned about this happening for years, but her mom hasn’t been able to take a break with everything else going wrong,” the source said. “Zara is really shaken up and she’s hoping this is just a temporary problem-this has been a big wake-up call for the whole family, and they’re really upset.”
