Royal Family News – Here’s The Truth About The Royal Family’s ‘Olive Branch’
There’s a new report that says even though the royal family did reach out to Prince Harry and wish him a very happy 40th birthday, that doesn’t mean their feud with the renegade prince is over.
Instead, royal experts believe that King Charles and the royal family are simply taking “the higher ground” with their birthday message but don’t plan on talking to him anytime soon, if that makes sense.
One source close to the situation says that the royal family are apparently “adhering to established conventions,” but not “stooping to the level” of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, either.
The royal family just wants to show the world that they can make things are civil as possible with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle but at the same time also let them know that they are not going to be offering them any apologies anytime soon, either.
Royal Family News – What’s Next For Prince Harry And Meghan Markle?
Both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have said several times that they want the royals to apologize for the way that Meghan was mistreated behind closed doors.
The insider put it this way to GB News, “It is entirely in keeping with the established convention laid down in the late Queen’s reign. If you are a working royal, then you get annual birthday greetings as desired on social media.”
“But if you’re a non-working royal like Prince Harry, then only the major milestone birthdays are acknowledged.”
“And actually Meghan herself got a 40th birthday greeting in 2021 after they had split, and after that infamous and horrendous Oprah Winfrey interview.”
In other words, the royal family might forgive, but they will never forget. So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet but we will definitely update you with all of the latest details once they come in.
