Guess who wasn’t there? Family members Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. And it was probably just as well they were absent since Meghan might have pulled the same stunt at Beatrice’s wedding as she did at her sister Princess Eugenie’s?

Beatrice’s Grandparents & Prince Andrew Were Present But The Remainder Of The Guest List Is Unknown

Princess Beatrice’s wedding was clearly not the one she had planned. She was expected to marry in a lavish and expensive wedding in May but that ceremony was scuttled due to the interruption of the coronavirus pandemic.

Instead, she married with just 20 guests, a number mandated by coronavirus restrictions currently in place. No doubt the occasion was a happy and celebratory one though, regardless of the time, place, or number of attendees.

Even so, Beatrice’s scaled back nuptials were a world apart from her sister Eugenie’s extravagant, event which had nearly 1,000 guests. In contrast, Beatrice and her husband are thought to have only invited close family members.

Which may explain why Harry and Meghan weren’t there?

Okay, you’re right, there’s no way the abdicated pair could have been there given the travel restrictions in place. Which may be just as well given what Meghan is reported to have done at Eugenie’s wedding.

In a seemingly spiteful display that the public has come to associate with Me-Me-Meghan, she chose Eugenie’s big day to make an announcement of her own, thereby taking the spotlight off the bride and onto herself.

What did the thirsty starlet do? She made the dreadful decision to tell the assemblage that she was pregnant. Wow.

Everyone knows not to upstage the bride on her wedding day. Unless you’re Me-Gain apparently. If Meghan’s action wasn’t out of spite, it was out of ignorance which is just as sad.

In their book, Royals at War, Dylan Howard, and Andy Tillett allege that Meghan’s selfishness outraged some members of the Royal Family. The no-no was so epic and obvious that even Harry himself was “embarrassed” at his wife’s tacky behavior.

“This was a huge social gaffe, even if you were not a royal,” wrote the authors, “stealing the limelight from Eugenie, who was furious, as was her mother, Sarah.”
