You’d think that it would have happened by now, but it clearly hasn’t and it looks like it will never happen, either.

Of course, we are talking about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as there’s a new theory as to why they never lost their royal titles, even though it’s been threatened several times since they’ve pulled the plug on their working relationship with the royal family.

And now there’s speculation suggesting that one of the reasons why King Charles never stripped Harry and Meghan from their titles was because he didn’t want to face the backlash of responding to the Sussexes with such negatively and yet letting Prince Andrew retain his title and his home for as long as he did.

Just to recall, Prince Andrew was arrested back in February and not because of his connection with the disgraced but also dead financier Jeffrey Epstein, but because of suspicion of misconduct in office.

It was only after then that King Charles decided to strip Andrew from his royal title and give him the boot from The Royal Lodge.

But here’s the thing: if it took King Charles this long to act this way about his brother, a lot of people think that if he would have responded with such vengeance against Prince Harry and Merghan Markle, it would have made him look like a hypocrite.

What’s Next For Harry And Meghan?

Then again, if there’s one person that would have stripped the Sussexes away from their titles almost immediately, it would have been Prince William.

In fact, there are even reports that say the moment he becomes the next king of England, it’s going to be the first thing on his agenda.

For King Charles, it’s not that simple. He knows that things are already messy as it is with the Jeffrey Epstein scandal and that’s why he doesn’t want it to appear as though he’s going harder on the Sussexes than he is on his own little brother.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said.
