Let’s just say that he didn’t see this coming at all. Of course, we are talking about Thomas Markle as there’s a new report that suggests he’s been left blindsided by his daughter Meghan Markle and her latest ‘upsetting’ decision.

That’s because both Meghan and her husband Prince Harry have decided to pack their bags and are moving their family from California back to the UK.

And for Thomas, he is gobsmacked over this. That’s because Harry and Meghan have spent the last six years living so close to him, yet never bothered to see him, despite his own health issues and concerns.

Speaking to the Daily Mail in a new interview, Thomas Markle made it pretty clear that he’s upset with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have treated him these last several years. Actually, make that the way that they have ignored him.

The senior Markle put it this way, “I saw on CNN that they were returning to England. I found out about it at the same time as the rest of the world. I’m hurt and upset that she doesn’t give a damn about me, even though I’m in hospital.”

What’s Next For Harry And Meghan?

He continued, “Meghan used to love me, she was always a daddy’s girl, and now it’s like I don’t exist. I have never met my grandchildren, and now they are leaving America.

One day those kids will ask about their ‘other’ grandfather – the one who isn’t King – the one that Meghan and Harry are apparently ashamed of. I hope they know how much I wanted to meet them.”

“I will never stop loving my daughter but I will never understand why she turned her back on me.”

Now, at this point it’s safe to say that Meghan Markle is not interested in reconciling with her father. Not only that, but it doesn’t seem like she or Prince Harry are interested in visiting him, regardless of what his health status might be.
