Thomas Markle May Take Legal Action To See Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Baby

In what seems to be a desperate move to reconcile with his daughter, Thomas Markle may launch a legal war against his daughter, the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle and the Duke for forced visits to his future grandchild, per Daily Express.

The retired American actress, who is known for her role in “Suits” as Rachel Zane, is expecting to have her first child next Spring. She was no longer in contact with this father since her wedding day, which he failed to attend due to health issues. Mr. Markle was declared unfit to travel because of heart palpitations, which came after he was exposed for staging paparazzi photographs and lying to Prince Harry about it.

In the run up to the royal wedding last May, Mr. Markle was discovered to have collaborated with paparazzi to stage photo shoots. Some photos showed him researching life in Britain, while in other photos, he was either posing while getting measured for a suit or looking at a book of British landmarks.

Meghan initially forgave what his 74-year-old father has done but she finally cut off ties with him after he spoke about the details of a phone call with Prince Harry in an interview last August.

According to reports, Meghan and Harry informed the Duchess’ mother Doria Ragland that she was expecting but left her father, Mr. Markle, out of the loop. He found out about the Royal baby news from a news report on the radio. According to Royal sources, Thomas has tried to get in touch with the Royal couple since Meghan’s pregnancy was made public.

Now, Mr. Markle is reportedly asserting his rights as the future grandfather of a child who will have both “Markle blood” and “blue blood.” An insider said that “He strongly believes the baby should be as much a part of his life as they will be Prince Charles’ and hopes he baby will be what finally breaks their estrangement.”
