Thomas Markle Senior Slams Daughter Meghan Markle In New Interview

It looks like Thomas Markle Senior hasn’t given up on his quest to see his grandson Archie Harrison. As a matter of fact, the former Hollywood lighting director has slammed the Duchess of Sussex, suggesting that she is as uptight as ever as she’s refused to allow her father to visit with her newborn son. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed their son Archie back in May.

Thomas Markle Speaks Out

In a new interview with the Mail on Sunday, Thomas says that he and Meghan are still estranged and despite his multiple efforts to reach out to her. He even told the publication that he had hoped that becoming a mother would help Meghan become more “mellow” but unfortunately that hasn’t happened yet. He also says that he was saddened over the fact that he wasn’t invited to Archie’s christening while also claiming that Harry and Meghan’s staff have supposedly “frozen” him out.

Thomas said, “There was never any problem between Meghan and me until recently. I’ve stayed quiet because Meghan was pregnant with Archie but I’m speaking out now because they and their PR people are continuing to ghost me out of her life.”

Meghan Wants Nothing To Do With Her Father

Apparently, Meghan pulled the plug on her relationship with her father after he failed to show up at her royal wedding to Prince Harry back in May of 2018. He also embarrassed her by pretending to prepare for her wedding in a mock paparazzi shoot that he staged with a photographer.

Thomas went on to say that while a lot of people might think that he doesn’t love his daughter, that’s not the cast at all. He said, “I would love nothing more than to put a picture of Archie in a frame and place it beside the one of Meghan.”
