The video in question is on TikTok (viewed more than 640,000 times with over 8,500 likes) and fans have noted that in it Meghan “glared” at Princess Charlotte then smiled at Mulroney’s daughter, Ivy.

Royal Family News: Did Meghan Bully Prince William’s Daughter?

The moment earning negative comments for Meghan is shown at the very beginning of the video and one person wrote “William and the queen are not having it” while another posted “If William did see the glare at Charlotte … END.”

Another poster wrote: “This makes me angry she acted that way towards [Charlotte]” and one person noted “She did glare at Lottie, the quick shift in her eyes was chilling.”
