Was there a disconnect to begin with? That’s what a lot of royalists on both sides of the pond can’t help but wonder when it comes to Prince William and Kate Middleton.

That’s because there’s a new report that suggests the Prince and Princess of Wales recently ‘reconnected’ in their marriage, prompting a lot of people to wonder if they were having issues to begin with.

A new People magazine reports that Prince William is now treating Kate Middleton as his bride again but shouldn’t he have been doing that this entire time? Why is it that they are in a new honeymoon phase?

There’s been some speculation suggesting that both Prince William and Kate Middleton were ready to pull the plug on their marriage just because of all the tension they were dealing with behind closed doors.

But something must have happened between now and then because they’ve apparently patched things up. Or so it seems. Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “That’s the BRF PR machine for you. They can’t seem to do anything without telling on themselves. There was a story a while back about how Katie was so awesome for sticking around to hear others speak at some conference she was attending.”

Another royal critic wrote, “My FB Reels has been filled with videos telling me how wonderful Willy is, and how wonderful Kate is, and how wonderful these two wonderful people are together, and how wonderful a King and Queen they will be, I figured the bots were working overtime.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter and that’s mostly because they want to keep the headlines as positive as possible.

But as far as Prince William and Kate Middleton’s marriage is concerned, time will only tell if they are truly happy with one another.

Because if not, it’s only going to be a matter of time before they are forced to ‘disconnect’ once again, right? Watch this space for more.
