What Kate Middleton Is REALLY Like Out Of The Spotlight

British royal family news reveals that Catherine, Princess of Wales is thought to be continuing preventative cancer treatment after announcing the news in March. She has made two official appearances since then, at Trooping the Colour and at Wimbledon.

Robert Jobson’s new book, “Catherine, the Princess of Wales” reveals some behind the scenes tidbits about the popular princess and mother of three. He recently talked to The Sun to share what Kate is really like away from the cameras. Here’s what you need to know!

Royal Family News – Princess Catherine Is Recovering From Cancer

According to Jobson he has spoken to Kate and he described her as “not overly gushing.” But he also shared that he doesn’t think that Kate isn’t as formal as she seems.

“The image that’s presented is a bit of an enigma, I think, but she’s a lot more fun” he said. “And I think that we don’t really see it because she doesn’t really like to let her guard down.”

Perhaps it’s because the royals take the motto “never complain, never explain” seriously. We would never see her complaining to Ozemprah about how many sausages the royals gave her for breakfast.

But she was amazingly candid during her videotaped message with news of her diagnosis in March.

Kate Is A Fun Royal

Valentine Low wrote “Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind the Crown” and he told People that “a lot of people who have worked with [Kate] think she is such an asset to the royal family, because she has this amazing professionalism.”

He added that the princess “has this public image of being nice and smiley and, dare I say, innocuous. But she is actually strong-minded, strong-willed, and prepared to fight for what she wants and what she thinks is right.”

For example, he thinks that it was Kate who insisted the words “recollections may vary” in the official statement about Harry and Meghan’s disastrous Oprah Winfrey interview.

Royal Family News – Catherine Is Battling Cancer

Kate herself has spoken about what it’s like to be a public princess. She told schoolchildren at the Chelsea Flower Show in May 2023: “You have to work hard, but you know the best thing about it is meeting kiddies like you.”

She added that the royal family supports “all the different people in the country, showcase all the amazing work being done, and look after everyone.”
