Have they not already proven themselves to the royal family? That’s what a lot of royalists on both sides of the pond can’t help but wonder when it comes to Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice.

That’s because there’s a new report that suggests King Charles has supposedly put his nieces, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice on a “trial period” before allowing them to become full-time working royals.

But here’s the thing: there’s some speculation suggesting that the King of England is hesitant to make his nieces full-time royals, simply because of their parents Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, and their past association with Jeffrey Epstein.

But it’s not like Eugenie and Beatrice have anything to do with that, right? And it’s also not like the York sisters should be penalized for their parents and their past behavior.

But at the same time, King Charles knows that optics is everything. He doesn’t want to look like he’s icing out the York sisters but he also doesn’t want to look like he’s petty.

That’s why he’s supposedly put them on a trial period just so he can see how Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are going to do in bigger roles and what the public is also going to think about it, too.

What’s Next For Princess Eugenie And Princess Beatrice?

Sure, that’s not fair for the York sisters, but it’s not like they have much of a say in the matter. They will most certainly feel very grateful for anything that the King of England decides to do for them.

That, and King Charles could surely use their help when it comes to royal engagements and public appearances.

With Prince Harry and Meghan Markle out of the picture for the last five years and Prince William and Kate Middleton not pulling their weight on their end, he surely could use as much help as he can get. As long as Prince Andew and Fergie keep their distance, everything should be fine, right?

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
