Why Are Prince Charles And Camilla Parker Bowles Not Wearing Masks?

Prince Charles And Camilla Parker BowlesBritish Royal Family fans and keen observers can’t help but notice that even though the global pandemic that is the coronavirus is still in its first wave in the UK and many parts of the world, it doesn’t seem as though the British monarchy is taking the same kind of precautions as other European royals. That’s because they are not wearing their masks in public, which has prompted both fans and critics alike to ask: why not?

Why Are Prince Charles And Camilla Parker Bowles Not Wearing Masks?

As many royal fans can recall, Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles made their first public appearance in months when they stepped out to thank NHS staff members and those on the front line during the pandemic for their service just last week. However, the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall did not have their masks on. Similarly, Princess Anne, Prince William, and even Kate Middleton all made public appearances too but none of them had masks on while they were out and about for their royal engagements.

In comparison, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain both visited a Children Charity House in Madrid over the weekend. Both the King and the Queen wore masks inside and outside of the charity house. Just like the Cambridges and members of the British Royal Family, they also practiced social distancing during their visit, but the one difference between the Spanish and the British royals was that Felipe and Letizia have been consistently wearing their masks in public.

British Royal News: Buckingham Palace Remains Silent

Buckingham Palace has not made any comments as to why the British Royals are not wearing masks in public, but many royal critics have pointed out that it’s sending a mixed message seeing how the UK is still in lockdown in many different parts of Britain. What’s more, Prince Charles himself tested positive for the Covid-19 coronavirus back in March and was forced to self-quarantine for a little over a week.

    Bad example of entitled behavior.

I’m glad I don’t live in England. When the Queen dies guess who will be in charge? I wouldn’t walk from here to across the street to see Charles or his skanky wife Camilla.
