Royal Family News – Andrew’s Sex Assault Lawsuit
Andrew’s legacy will forever be linked to his friendship with dead convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
One of Epstein’s sex trafficking victims, Virginia Giuffre, sued Prince Andrew in August 2021 to hold him “accountable” for his alleged sexual abuse of her.
Giuffre told People “my attorney filed suit against Prince Andrew for sexual abuse under the Child Victims Act. As the suit lays out in detail, I was trafficked to him and sexually abused by him.”
How did Andrew react? In February 2022, Prince Andrew settled the case out of court, with The Telegraph reporting that Andrew forked over in the neighborhood of $16 million to Giuffre. Make of that what you will.
Royal Family News – Andrew’s Early Life
Andrew was born on Feb. 19, 1960, at Buckingham Palace. He attended Heatherdown Preparatory School, the alma mater of former British Prime Minister David Cameron.
He later attended Gordonstoun boarding school in Scotland, and in a 1980s interview the oaf had this to say: “I was unfortunate enough in my early days at Gordonstoun not to realize the rules of the house, which were that you weren’t allowed in the girls’ house.”
His ex-wife Ferguson has vigorously defended Andrew through the years. She told Good Morning America “With Prince Andrew, he’s such a good man. He’s a kind, good man, and I think the spotlight needs to come off of him and let him get on with his life to rebuild.”

This January 2024 the spotlight was back on Andrew when court documents related to a lawsuit linked to were unsealed and Prince Andrew’s name was among the people named.
At that time the anti-monarchy group Republic demanded the police look into the situation but Andrew appears to be off the hook.
A statement from Metropolitan Police on Jan. 5, according to Sky News, stated “We are aware of the release of court documents in relation to Jeffrey Epstein.
As with any matter, should new and relevant information be brought to our attention we will assess it. No investigation has been launched.”
Today Andrew continues to live in his taxpayer-funded home and is often seen horseback riding on the grounds.
Whatever Andrew has accomplished in life has been eclipsed by his sex assault lawsuit and this is what he will be remembered for. Tell us royal fans, what do you think of Prince Andrew?
