Why Doesn’t Prince William Wear His Wedding Ring?
While a lot of people can’t help but wonder what is really going on behind closed doors between Prince William and Kate Middleton and of course, the state of their marriage, the fact that the Prince of Wales doesn’t wear his wedding ring sure doesn’t help the rumors, either.
However, it’s now being said that Prince William simply doesn’t wear his ring – either at home or in public – because he doesn’t like to wear jewelry. It’s as simple as that.
Then again, it’s not like Prince William is the only member of the royal family who hasn’t worn his wedding ring in the past.
According to Hello!, one source close to the situation even put it this way, “Although it’s traditional for royal women to wear both an engagement ring and a wedding ring after they get married, it’s never been traditional for royal men to wear one.”

The insider added, “That’s why Prince Philip and Prince William don’t wear them. I think when you have a wedding watched by millions, everyone knows you’re married.”
Plus, it doesn’t look like Kate Middleton is very bothered over the fact that her husband doesn’t wear his wedding ring, even though she often wears her engagement ring during her public appearances.
Then again, it’s not really about the ring that you wear on your finger, but instead, it’s the way that you treat your spouse that really matters, right?
Prince William Doesn’t Like Jewelry
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
