Will Meghan Markle Celebrate Thanksgiving This Year?

She might be a British royal now, but that doesn’t mean Meghan Markle isn’t an American at heart. As a matter of fact, there’s a new report that says the Duchess of Sussex will have some turkey with a side of gravy with her new husband Prince Harry this year. That’s because Meghan is reportedly planning on celebrating Thanksgiving with Prince Harry in London, despite being thousands of miles away from her family and home in Los Angeles.

According to new reports, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will take part in all of the Thanksgiving traditions that you would expect. But instead of hanging out at mom Doria Ragland’s house, they will most likely have their turkey and get into some crazy shenanigans at Kensington Palace. Ok, the shenanigans part might be an exaggeration but there’s a good chance that someone will end up eating too much pecan pie by the end of the night.

What will make this Thanksgiving even more special for Meghan Markle is that it will be her first one as a pregnant royal. Also, both she and Harry along with Prince William and Kate Middleton have no official royal engagements or public appearances scheduled from November 20th to November 24th. That means that all four royals can get together and just eat, relax, sleep and repeat. That sounds like the perfect Thanksgiving holiday to us!
