According to Britain’s Express.co.uk, there’s a possibility that once Prince Charles takes the throne, he might “bestow royal titles upon his stepchildren,” although that hasn’t been confirmed. But should that happen, it means Laura might become a duchess or countess while Tom might become a duke or count when their stepfather becomes king.

While Prince Charles hasn’t really said much about his relationship with his stepchildren, Camilla is still very close to Laura and Tom. In fact, she recently even said during a Zoom call that if there’s one thing that she misses the most during her coronavirus (Covid-19) quarantine, it’s getting hugs from her five grandchildren.

Royal fans have also gotten to see a little glimpse of some of Camilla’s private family photos in the background of her video calls. While Camilla Parker Bowles is of course a very public person because of her position within the royal family, her children Laura and Tom have preferred to stay under the radar and as far away as possible from the tabloid headlines.

British Royal News: The Queen Is Still In Control

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the speculation, but even royal fans know that anything can happen in the future. But then again, seeing how Queen Elizabeth is still in control and even eager to get back to work again after the shelter-in-place orders in the United Kingdom have been lifted, it might be a long time before we find out if Laura Lopes and Tom Parker Bowles will get titles.
