The Young and the Restless is getting a new doctor in town. The doctor will be played but actor Kane Lieu and he will be in Genoa City on July 27, 2017. You might have seen Kane on NCIS: Los Angeles, Code Black, and Rosewood. No further details have been released about his Y&R role.
