90 Day Fiancé Before The 90 Days Big Ed Brown started as a likable guy on this season’s show. However, the further the season progresses, the more fans wonder if Big Ed Brown is nothing more than a dirty old man.
Rose Is Much Younger Than Ed
90 Days Rose Vega is 23 years old, close to thirty years younger than Ed. Ed has already hurt Rose’s feeling by insinuating that she may have some kind of an STD and insisting she gets tested. Ed has demanded to know about Rose’s former boyfriends and even threatened to leave if she wasn’t open with him. Ed completely lacks subtlety and has no tact when dealing with this young woman. Men in the Phillippines apparently aren’t this way or Rose would not be blindsided by some of Ed’s requests. Should Ed possibly try to understand Rose more before making demands upon her?
90 Day Fiancé Before The 90 Days – Ed Wants Rose To Like Him
90 Days Ed wants Rose to like him, he wants to marry her if they can get past some of their bumps in the road. However Rose clearly doesn’t understand some of the American ways that Ed wants her to follow. The insistence on the STD test wasn’t long ago and now Ed wants to get romantic with Rose. However, Rose doesn’t even seem to find Ed attractive at all. Ed is shorter than Rose thought.
Ed is bigger than Rose thought. Rose also seems to be taken aback by Ed’s age leading on to wonder if he stretched the truth about that as well. Now, after initiating this uncomfortable foot rub in his room, Ed goes on to insist that Rose shave her legs for him. Rose seems shocked by Ed’s request so perhaps that isn’t something people in her village do often. Rose may be uncomfortable with this request because it is something she hasn’t done before. Will Rose give into Ed’s demands?
Is Ed Trying To Create The Perfect Woman?
Instead of coming off at romantic, Ed is coming across like the old man in the past who would marry their friend’s daughters and then dictate how they act. Ed seems more concerned about changing Rose instead of loving her the way she is. It is obvious that Ed doesn’t understand that Rose if from a poor village and shaving her legs in not on her list of priorities. Is Ed simply trying to turn Rose into the woman he wants her to be instead of allowing her to be herself and loving her for who she is?
If Ed wants to keep Rose, perhaps he should consider toning down his demands and let her make a few decisions of her own isn’t of letting this hairy situation get any hairier.
