’90 Day Fiance’: David Murphey May Be Returning To The Show, But Will Lana Be With Him?

TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé-B90 Strikes Back” star David Murphey hints he may be returning to a future season of a “90 Day Fiancé” show, but will his girlfriend Lana be with him?

As with most all the couples on the most recent season of “90 Day Fiancé-Before The 90 Days”, Las Vegas resident David met Lana, whose real name is Svetlana, a resident of Ukraine, online. Her last name has never been verified. The story seemed a bit sketchy to most viewers, as David claimed to have been talking to her on a dating website for several years, showering her with gifts and money long-distance all the while.

Then he revealed more news – shocking news. He had never met the mysterious “Lana” even though he had traveled to Ukraine several times to see her and she never showed up to meet him! After this revelation, his concerned fans were afraid that poor David was being catfished and that the woman he thought he was talking to never existed, to begin with. But then he dropped another bombshell—finally, during his most recent trip to Ukraine, she finally showed up!

Even though their meet-up was not as exciting as David had hoped, since he and she only saw each other a few times during his apparently long trip, before his time abroad came to an end, he proposed marriage to her and she told him yes! However, in the tell-all episode, he said things were not going great between the two of them, although he later revealed they had patched things up.

David shared an update with fans recently via an Instagram Live video, and fans demanded answers. He answered many of their questions, including telling one fan that he had not bought an RV he had talked about buying yet, and clarified he couldn’t say much about the subject since it would be in a future show!

Nothing TLC has put out in the form of press releases talks about David getting his own show, although he could certainly appear on the next season of “90 Day Fiancé-Before The 90 Days” or even one of the other spinoffs, such as “90 Day Fiancé-Happily Ever After” or another as yet unannounced spinoff, of which there are several. One is called “What Now” which has recently traveled from online to television on TLC, and fans certainly would want to know the answer to “what now?” where David and Lana are concerned!

He also updated fans on his relationship with Lana – he verified they are on speaking terms but did not come out and say that they are actually still a couple and that COVID-19 had interrupted any plans they may have had together, as well as filming the shows. He said that he was supposed to be in Ukraine at the time he made the Instagram Live broadcasts, but the country had closed its borders again due to COVID-19.
