90 Day Fiance Spoilers: Ashley Martson Makes Harrowing New Confession

It’s safe to say that many 90 Day Fiance fans definitely didn’t expect to hear this! Reality television star Ashley Martson has just shared a very personal, but traumatizing experience that she had when she was just 19 years old. She says that she was actually kidnapped and almost killed by a stranger when she was just 19 years old.

Ashley, who met her fiancé Jay, while she was at a friend’s wedding at resort in Jamaica, claims that her story was actually leaked to the media. That’s why she’s setting the record straight on her social media account. The mother of two wrote, “As most of you know an old friend decided to send the tabloids a very personal story about me. Yes, when I was 19 I was kidnapped, raped and almost killed by a stranger.”

Apparently, her story was first leaked by John Yates to the media. Ashley claims that she had asked him to leak it first simply because she wasn’t sure how the other tabloid outlets would respond to it. It’s safe to say that both the media and Ashley’s fans were shocked over her confession.

“Many outlets were reaching out to me for comment,” the TLC star, 31, shared with her followers. “I reached out to @johnyates327 who was also sent the story and asked him to leak it first. I knew he would post it with the with dignity and respect with the understanding that this is a very sensitive subject.”
