90 Day Fiance star Anna Campisi was cruising through life happily when something went badly wrong. If you follow her on social media, you will know that Mursel Mistanoglu’s wife now raises four sons with the addition of little Gokhan. But, she had to leave the family as she was sent to the hospital with an alarming condition. Many TLC fans wonder if it was a complication caused by her recent gastric sleeve surgery.

If you don’t know, Anna, Mursel, Leo, the two, old boys, and little Gokhan visited Turkey. Fortunately, Mursel’s traditional parents seemed willing to accept the boys from a previous relationship. So, they also welcomed Gokhan despite them not liking surrogacy. If anyone could win over the grandparents, cute little Gohkan with his miniature mohawk would be the one to do it. 

Since the 90 Day Fiance stars welcomed their baby, Instagram followers saw a lot of photos and videos of the kid who is currently toddling around unaided. But suddenly, Anna shared a photo of herself in Turkey again. This time, she had gone there for gastric sleeve surgery. Actually, some folks wondered how she managed to fly back so soon after the procedure. So, when she ended up in a hospital, people feared she got a blood clot from the long-haul flight.

It’s been nearly a week since people found out that Anna was admitted to a hospital. Apparently, she suffered terrible abdominal pain. In fact, she suggested in her caption, that the pain was similar to labor. However, it turned out that she had a blood clot. Doctors gave her medication so that the clot would dissolve. Later, the TLC star gave her fans an update. 

About three days after she went to the hospital, the 90 Day Fiance star returned and told her followers that she couldn’t leave until she could get her bowls to work. She said in that post, “So far I’m having a difficult time with fluids. Im only on a clear liquid diet.” At that time, a lot of people assumed that the clot came as a result of her gastric sleeve surgery.

90 Day Fiance saw another update from Anna Campisi on Monday this week. In that post, she confirmed that she’d been “discharged.” Still suffering some pain, she was happy to be home and looked forward to her full recovery. In the comments, many fans either asked if the gastric surgery caused it or assumed it did. One fan who asked got a reply. They wrote, “Do you think it’s related from your surgery? “

Well, it looks like it had nothing to do with that. Citing her medical professionals, she said, “no I was told it wasnt.”

Another fan reminded others that in her original post, the TLC star mentioned that she “has Factor 5. [It’s a] Rare blood disorder that causes clotting.”
