Day Fiance star Darcey Silva planned a double wedding in Miami, and her dad objected strongly. Well, those spoilers crashed in the mud after Georgi Rusev proposed to her in Season 3’s Darcey & Stacey finale.  Now, Darcey revealed she and Georgi called off their engagement for a second time. Actually, Stacey seems particularly anti her potential brother-in-law, and TLC fans despair that her sister will ever find real happiness.

When TLC announced the new spinoff for Darcey, she had already failed to make a go of things with Tom Brooks and Jesse Meester. Actually, many fans were fed up with her as she constantly seemed to try too hard and then cry when it all fell apart. “Desperate Darcey” became the moniker that fans gave her. So, some folks wondered if anyone would actually tune in and watch the trainwreck continue in Darcey & Stacey. Well, fans do tune in, but often they just seem fascinated at the lengths she goes to with plastic surgery.

Georgi and Darcey split in the past. In fact, back in November 2020, fans saw that Mr. Right probably wasn’t right after all. So, that also opened up more seasons for the couple. Recall, in Season 2, he contacted her ex, Jesse Meester and that led to a lot of roadblocks that saw them split. Well, both of them came back for the last season and it seems a bit like a merry-go-round. Darcey now confessed that they split again and the Miami double wedding probably fell by the wayside.

Entertainment Tonight reported that it’s all over again between the couple. Actually, the sisters seem to be giving a lot interviews right now. On February 28, Darcey told them, “It was a decision that I made personally for myself, for my daughters.” While she seemed excited about marrying Georgi and wondered why her dad seemed dead against it, she now admitted, “I took a stand because I felt like the relationship wasn’t moving in the right direction.”

Additionally the 90 Day Fiance star noted that they got engaged in the summer, but the “tell-all was in wintertime.”  Furthermore, the TLC star added that they encountered some problems together. She noted that time has passed and they remain friends, but the actual relationship is over. She said, “communication still wasn’t going well. There [were] a lot of things that just weren’t where they should have been. And I take accountability where I do, but I just felt like for me, I needed to walk away. And once it left my mind, my body followed. And I hit my limit with him.”
