To summarize, Angela had issues with Michael on Instagram, and she went to Nigeria to see if he still wanted a relationship with her. However, she literally ripped pieces off his car and yelled and cursed. Eventually, he came out of the house with family members. At that stage, Angela ran over and started pushing him around physically. Actually, it took the family and some of the crew to get her off him. 

When @uncensored90day shared a meme about it, a 90 Day Fiance fan asked a very good question about why Angela wasn’t charged by the cops. They wrote, “Michael seems like a such nice guy that he likely wouldn’t even press charges. however we (or I) don’t know Nigerian law so maybe it’s not even up to him. She came in like a wrecking ball.”

Actually, it might be argued that there was a breach of criminal law when she broke things off his car and assaulted Michael. But, unless there is a complainant who filed a report, it’s likely to go no further. In this case, the production team was around. Probably, they settled everyone down because who the heck wants to give evidence in court in Nigeria?

Witnesses subpoenaed can’t refuse to appear in a court of law. So, as she committed neither rape nor murder, which are considered very serious offenses, Angela got away with it.
