Natalie explained that in Ukraine, some restaurants hire beautiful women to keep men who are alone company while they eat a meal. The woman sits with a man or men and talks with them. The woman’s place is to keep the men company and they receive tips as well. Trish then said “escort, so you were like a hooker?” So Trish may not have actually called Natalie a hooker but she did ask if she was which is about the same thing.
