ABP Rain Brown Takes A Leaf From Matt Brown’s Book?

Alaskan Bush People fans don’t know where Rain Brown stands with her brother Matt Brown. But, it seems that both of them use their social media as influencers who do good with awareness. Recently. Rain changed her Instagram account and her new direction seems similar to the estranged brother.

Rain Brown & Matt Brown Both Struggle 

Unless you follow Matt Brown on social media, you might only remember the negatives about the bad boy in the Discovery family. However, he finally got his life together, and these days, he uses his YouTube and Instagram to encourage sobriety in others. In fact, he’s become adored by thousands of followers who keep an eye out for his messages. 

Rain Brown recently decided that she wasn’t going to post frivolous things. Instead, the Alaskan Bush People star seems to be channeling her Instagram into being an influencer who also helps those who struggle. In the case of the now-married star, it’s about mental health and especially coping with bipolar. 

Rain Brown Helps Those With Mental Health Problems

This week, the youngest child of Ami and Billy Brown took to her new Instagram account and shared all about mental health. Additionally, she shared some photos of her daily life. Needless to say, those who struggle with bipolar and other issues were grateful for the post. 

While Matt Brown tells his Alaskan Bush People followers to “Stay strong, stay sober,” Rain Brown reminds people with mental health struggles to “Reach out for help.” In her caption, the Discovery star reminded fans that her new account is “For [her] unedited life.”

Her message also noted:

I don’t want to give you guys a show I want to show you guys how to run your own; with that said, please never forget your Brain matters too and to reach out for help before you do something dangerous or permanent…this post is really about mental health awareness and showing how much it really does change everything in your life. luckily I have had the experience of getting help when I needed it but unfortunately not always by reaching out. 

Discovery Fans React To Message Of Encouragement

The Alaskan Bush People star ended her message by talking about how being “alive” is a “great gift.” Here are some reactions to Rain Brown from the comments section:
