Alaskan Bush People star Bear Brown is talking about moving to Alaska again, and this week, he insisted that Billy Brown’s old compound, “Browntown” was real. He claimed they lived there and didn’t stay in other accommodation. More arrived on social media. Read on to find out.
Bear Brown Fights Fakery Accusations
The Discovery Channel show has not been filmed for a while and it seems that it might have been dropped. After Rain went crazy about following Billy’s dream to find gold, and Bird went through her cancer scare, no renewal news arrived. But a lot of people think there was a lot of fakery anyway.
Bear Brown and his wife Raiven spent a lot of time in Texas when their boys were born. However, they also spend time in Washington either on the ranch or in town nearby during winter. Previously, the family lived in California when their mom, Ami fought her cancer. But now he and Gabe Brown consider returning to Alaska, questions about fakery arise.
Bear Brown Insists Browntown Was Real & More
Probably, you recall that a lot of stories about fakery did the rounds when the family lived in Alaska. In fact, it was believed via leaks from locals that the Discovery family lived in a specially constructed film set called Browntown. When they were not filming, they lived in a hotel. Icy Strait Lodge was mentioned.
This week, Alaskan Bush People fans saw that Bear Brown shared a photo of Browntown on Instagram. In his caption, he said:
My tree house in Browntown, while we still lived there! To the people who said we stayed in hostels, nah we lived in paradise! Browntown was my favorite place we’ve lived and I miss it!
When some people doubted that they lived there, Bear Brown insisted that they really did.
Critics Don’t Believe Bear?
The Alaskan Bush People star found some skeptics who believed the stories of fakery and that Browntown had simply been a film set. One of them wrote. “It was built by the locals for a set to film the show then taken down.”
Bear insisted the fan was wrong. The Discovery star replied, saying, “False! And it still stands.”
Still, the insistence didn’t change the minds of other followers. Here are more skeptical comments:
- The whole show was fake lol.
- It was a rented property just for the filming.
- A tv filming set..no more than that ..they couldn’t survive camping inside a bass pro shop.
