Heidi Klum won’t be back as a judge in America’s Got Talent Season 20. So, another face will appear with Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, and Howie Mandel on the panel. Rumors Of An Exit
Heidi Klum is going across to Project Runway for its 21st Season. Originally, she helped to create the show, however, she left in 2017, ostensibly to spend more time with her family. Now that she’s been confirmed as leaving AGT, fans feel as uncomfortable as Project Runway fans eight years ago.
The departure of the Emmy Award winner isn’t a major shock for many America’s Got Talent fans as they predicted her exit last month. Simon Cowell wouldn’t confirm that Heidi was leaving and refused to name a potential replacement to work alongside Sofia Vergara and Howie Mandel.
A New Judge For Season 20?
The poster art for Season 20 appeared on X, formerly Twitter, this week, and immediately, talent show fans noticed Klum wasn’t there. The announcement also confirmed that Season 20 premieres on May 27. A reminder also arrived telling fans of the show that they could stream it via Peacock the next day.

As you can see from the poster promo, Klum’s replacement is Mel B. Remember, she judged the show between Season 8 and Season 13 before going on tour with the Spice Girls. Later, she moved across to NBC’s Fantasy League.
Responses to The Replacement
Not everyone likes the Spice Girls veteran, but it can be argued her experience overrides personal preferences. Here are some responses from both sides of the aisle:

With over 20 years in the entertainment industry, “Scary Spice” makes for an obvious replacement. Ironically, now that she’s back, she will be on the panel with Sofia Vergara who originally replaced her on the show.
