Shelton knows a thing or two about singing competitions. He spent 23 seasons on The Voice and was also in Barmageddon.

Not to mention that he has had a stellar singing career himself as a top country musician for decades now. He recently partnered up with Post Malone for “Pour Me a Drink,” a hit that was No. 1 on the Country Airplay list for three weeks.

Of course, Sheridan is known for Yellowstone, as well as other hit shows like 1883, which features country artists like Faith Hill and Tim McGraw, as well as Mayor of Kingstown, 1923, and The Last Cowboy.

More Details On “The Road”

‘The Road’ is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, Glasser’s 101 Studios, as well as Shelton and Metzger’s Lucky Horseshoe Productions – where Shelton and Metzger act as executive producers for Lucky Horseshoe Production. Metzger also worked with Shelton on Barmageddon and The Voice.

Glasser recently stated that The Road has been a “true labor of love” that he, Blake, Lee, and Taylor have talked about for a while now. Glasser goes on to thank CBS for supporting them on this journey “to bring an incredible project to audiences everywhere.”

Meanwhile, Metzger notes, “Blake and I have been working together a long time and now joining forces with Taylor and David is literally the kind of team you dream about to bring something of this scale to country music fans.”
