But, spoilers indicate that Season 12 might be eventful, and now geoscientist Dr. Ian Spooner is dropping some tea.

Curse of Oak Island Ramps Up

All Summer, a lot of activity has been going on in Nova Scotia. Of course, curious fans who feel sad about the lack of proof to fuel the theories are a bit grumpy. However, the fascinating television show keeps them coming back for more.

Curse of Oak Island fans already know that experts on the team find a lot of hints of treasure on the island. However, the theories so often became blurred and frustrating that some people think it’s time for the History Channel to end the show. Well, according to what Dr. Spooner is saying, something significant will happen in Season 12. Perhaps it will keep viewers interested.

Dr. Ian Spooner Drops Tea For Season 12

A few days ago, Dr, Ian Spooner appeared on the JFree906 podcast hosted by Jeff Freeman and Tom Burns. During the conversation, they talked about the work that went into the data analysis. And, it seems that the silver and gold were placed by humans near or at the Money Pit. Actually, the metals in the water are “not naturally occurring.” Additionally, it seems that the traces in the water indicate a large deposit of it.

Dr. Fred Michel is still convinced that the precious metal must be somewhere near the Money Pit on the filming site of Curse of Oak Island. However, with so much water everywhere, the exact location is hitting stumbling blocks. Not many spoilers came, but it seems that testing the water will show something big and highly significant in Season 12.

In the comments section, History Channel fans seemed keen for more information and they hope that it isn’t another wild goose chase. Here are some of their thoughts:

  • I think it’s more frustrating to know there is something down there but with all the drilling, THEY CAN’T FIND IT!! That felt better.
  • I’m curious if they’ve tested the swamp for the heck of it.
Not drilled, just took a general sample to see if there’s anything in there for g.p.
  • Ian said that he was asked if the gold content would be more like a few coins worth or more like a dump truck load, he said it wasn’t a few coins worth so it would have to be more like a dump truck load.
