Darcey & Stacey Finale: Dad Mike Throws His Toys Out Of The Cot

In June 2020, the TLC spinoff, Darcey & Stacey was announced, and plenty of folks claimed they’d not watch it. After all, Darcey Silva’s been around on the 90 Day Fiance franchise for some time. Every single time, she dissolved into tears, much like Robyn Brown on Sister Wives. The difference though is that Darcey cried real buckets of tears. Well, people did watch, and in the finale of the current season, they’ll see her dad Mike throw his toys out the cot. 

Darcey & Stacey Fans Saw Darcey Silva And Georgi Rusev Split

The 90 Day Fiance spin-off promised to bring family, life, and love. Well, fans felt skeptical about the love side of it, especially when it came to Darcey. Firstly, they saw the trainwreck relationship she had with Jesse Meester. Then, she seemed too desperate for Tom Brooks’ attention and that failed. So, along came Bulgarian, Georgi and they filmed for the first season of the show. Nevertheless, it wasn’t blissful and Stacey didn’t really take to him.

Darcey & Stacey fans got plenty of hints from Darcey that she split from Georgi. In November 2020, fans noticed that he and his girl stopped following each other on social media. Meanwhile, Stacey did. Actually, TLC fans suspected that she wanted to keep an eye on him. In fact, she wasn’t a big fan of him. At the time, The couple even started bickering over what photos Georgi should post on his social media. Anyway, they broke off their engagement, but now they want to go ahead and get married.

Darcey & Stacey – The Girls Plan A Double Wedding, Mike’s Furious

The finale of the current season comes along on February 21 on TLC. The preview for the show appeared in People Magazine this week, and it revealed that Mike loses it with his daughter. He’s obviously used to her constant plastic surgeries and her insecurities, but he’s not impressed with the idea of a double wedding in Miami. Darcey tried for love three times, and so did her dad Mike. Three times doesn’t necessarily mean things work out. So, he hates thinking about her failing with another relationship.

In the Darcey & Stacey preview, she confessed that she anticipated some opposition from her dad. However, she seemed shocked that he took it next-level with his anger. In fact, he ranted about not attending the wedding. Clearly, he doesn’t want to witness another train smash. Notably, he predicted that she’s “Making a big mistake.” So, he vowed to tell her that in no uncertain terms.

Georgi Changed?

In a Darcey & Stacey confessional, Darcey claimed that Georgi changed a lot and her dad didn’t see him down in Miami. Hmmm! How often does a leopard change its spots? you might well ask. Then again, Darcey seems determined to mine disasters, so it might not make any difference what Mike thinks.
