90 Day Fiance star David Toborowsky seemed like the most level-headed TLC character, but this weekend, he shocked his fans by revealing he underwent a facial procedure. These days, it almost seems obligatory for the network’s stars to get something done with Botox or surgery.
David Toborowsky Was Handsome
In 2020, Annie Suwan’s husband shared a throwback photo and 90 Day Fiance fans agreed that he was very handsome. Since then, he aged, as people do. At one stage, he put on a lot of weight, but then he worked hard to lose a lot of it.
Now that David Toborowsky and Annie expect a baby, seems that wants to look like a dad rather than like a grandfather. Perhaps that motivated him to follow the likes of Tiffany Franco, Ariela Weinberg, and Angela Deem to the plastic doctor.
90 Day Fiance Star Has A Facil Procedure
When the TLC star took to his Instagram on Saturday night, a lot of people gasped because he looked like someone had beaten him up. However, in his reel, Annie Suwan’s husband revealed that he’d been for a facial procedure. Notably, he looked to be in pain.

In the reel, the TLC star said:
Okay guys, I just finished a procedure and I look like I just got outta the ring with Mike Tyson…but in 10 days, I think I’m going to have a forty million dollar smile and the eyes to show it.
In his caption, the 90 Day Fiance star explained a bit more, saying, “Procedure is done #90dayfiance #90dayfiancepillowtalk #TLC #wbd #beverlyhills #davidandannie.”
