Here is a full overview of what we know about Tracker Season 3 along with a recap of where we ended in Season 2, which concluded on May 11.

In Tracker Season 2, Episode 20, Colter Shaw faced off against Otto Waldron (Alex Fernandez), a mysterious lineman who admitted that he indeed pushed Ashton Shaw off a cliff over 20 years ago.

However, that was just the start of this particular tale; Otto then revealed to Colter that his mother had asked for his assistance that night.

The exact nature of that help remains unclear as we move into Season 3. Did she tell Otto to eliminate Colter, Russell and Dory’s father, or did things spiral out of control beyond anyone’s expectations?

Tracker Season 3, Episode 1 is expected to pick up in the immediate aftermath of Otto’s confession to Colter.

“Even though the finale gives you the next big piece of the puzzle, there’s still more to that storyline, particularly when it comes to Mary,” showrunner Elwood Reid revealed. As he pointed out at the time, Otto never said that Mary ordered the murder of her husband.

“He said, ‘she asked me to be up there,’ so there’s much more to that story to unpack.” As for Ashton’s career as a government contractor, and a larger government conspiracy that was teased, “we’re going to start to unravel that a little bit.

TVLine has reported exclusively that Eric Graise and Abby McEnany are no longer part of Tracker before the launch of its Season 3.

Graise, known for his role as master hacker Bobby Exley, and McEnany, who portrayed Velma Bruin, were both part of the original cast. Yet they rarely, if ever, shared scenes with Hartley, whose character truly embodies the essence of a “lone wolf.”

Another original cast member, Robin Weigert, who played Velma’s wife Teddi, was removed from the show after Season 1. Tracker season three premieres Sunday, October 19 at 8:00 PM Eastern/7:00 PM Central time and streams the next day on Paramount+.
