FBI: Most Wanted has been renewed for a third season, and ahead of its third season premiere and the announcement that original series star Nathaniel Arcand, who plays the role of Clinton Skye, will no longer be returning for the third season, the show has cast actress Alexa Davalos to play a new FBI recruit. Nathaniel Arcand’s Clinton Skye was absent for much of the second season and has reportedly been written out of the new season.
FBI: Most Wanted – Alexa Davalos Joins FBI: Most Wanted As Series Regular
Alexa Davalos will be joining the third season of the American crime drama series in a leading role opposite Julian McMahon’s Jess LaCroix, per a report by Deadline, as a member of the team that’s been missing Clinton Skye for much of Season 2. No character description for Alexa Davalos’ role has been released yet, but it’s been confirmed that she will be starring in the show as an FBI recruit.
She will be joining the Fugitive Task Force, an elite unit that relentlessly pursues and captures the most notorious criminals on the Bureau’s Most Wanted List, as a new recruit for FBI: Most Wanted. Prior to joining the popular series, she appeared in The Man in the High Castle as Juliana Crain from 2015 – 2019. She is repped by Gersh and The Burstein Company.
The news of Alexa Davalos’ casting is coming after CBS confirmed that Special Agent Clinton Skye (Nathaniel Arcand) won’t be returning to the series for its third season. Arcand also shared the news with his fans, writing, “Moving On, Moving Forward, Don’t Look Back… #clintonskye.” Skye was one of Jess’s most experienced agents, as well as his brother-in-law.
