Synopsis For ‘Autopsy’
According to Spoiler TV, Shaun will make an emotional confession. However, the results won’t be exactly what he hoped for. Plus, he becomes obsessed with conducting an autopsy on an unidentified woman. His insistence will put a strain on his relationships at work.
Meanwhile, Dr. Claire Browne (Antonia Thomas), Dr. Morgan Reznick (Fiona Gubelmann) and Dr. Marcus Andrews (Hill Harper) try to treat a college student that appears to have a mysterious split personality disorder.

As fans saw last week, Dr. Carly Lever (Jasika Nicole) broke up with Shaun. Although she tried to hold onto him and keep the doctor as her man, she could no longer compete for his heart. She was referring to the chemistry between Shaun and Lea Dilallo (Paige Spara). That storyline will continue in “Autopsy” and she tries to explain the breakup to him. She also tells Shaun that she knows the split has been difficult for him.

In the next scene, Shaun talks about his dilemma with Dr. Aaron Glassman (Richard Schiff) and then the camera shoots over to Shaun approaching Lea.
Emotional Confession Leads To Undesirable Results
The Good Doctor season 3, episode 15 spoilers confirm Shaun will tell Lea how he feels. He approaches her desk and begins speaking. Lea’s face softens, but is it because she loves him too or will she reject him? The synopsis states the confession has undesirable results, so we are pretty sure that Lea won’t want to turn their friendship into a romantic relationship.

As for the autopsy obsession, once someone with autism gets something in their mind, it is nearly impossible for them to forget it. The more someone denies their request, the more agitated and compulsive they will become. Could Shaun end up performing the autopsy anyway, even though he is told not to? How will that affect his future at the hospital?
