What’s In The Upcoming Tell All, And How Do They Compare To “Real Housewives?

It seems in Joy’s memoir,  the ladies are reflecting on just how harsh they can be, not only towards their guests but also amongst themselves.

What began as a platform for intelligent women from diverse backgrounds to exchange their views has transformed into a contentious battleground. The show’s hosts often clash, leading to accusations of silencing one another.

Recently, there were allegations that Alyssa Farrah Griffin was frequently interrupted, regardless of her attempts to contribute; conversely, some viewers felt she dominated discussions, creating an atmosphere devoid of harmony.

As the seasons have progressed, audiences have found it increasingly difficult to engage with the show and are now eager for its conclusion.

The Show Is In Season 28, And Shows No Signs Of Slowing Down

Season 28 of the show is thriving, undeterred by the negativity it faces; Whoopi Goldberg takes Fridays off, while Joy Behar enjoys her Mondays away. The hosts strive for a balanced exchange of viewpoints, though harmony isn’t always achieved.

Tensions can flare, and as noted by Decider, a comparison was made between the ladies and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. In a recent episode of the popular Bravo series, Sutton Stracke aimed a jab at Dorit Kemsley, saying, “pick on somebody else whose wallet fits.”

This led Joy to pose an intriguing question: “For the Real Housewives of The View, is mocking someone’s financial status crossing the line?”

Saving It For The Memoir?

Joy wondered if the co-hosts of The View had ever sunk that low, especially since she had been on the show for twenty-six years. Alyssa asked if Joy was referring to conflicts with others or among themselves, but Joy meant within their own group, and everyone said no.

This answer didn’t satisfy Joy; she continued to press her co-hosts, wanting them to share any issues they had, but they found it hard to do so.

Eventually, Sara Haines admitted that maybe they had acted like the RHOBH; guest star Ariana DeBose seemed skeptical and made it clear to the audience, which got a laugh from everyone.

Joy eventually dropped the topic but mentioned she had a platform to share all the juicy details-with a smirk, she added, “I have the right to write a memoir, too.”

Colorful Life, But Joy Can Be A Mean Girl

Joy’s life has been a vibrant tapestry of experiences, yet her interactions with co-hosts have sometimes veered into cruelty. Meghan McCain candidly expressed her struggles with Joy, highlighting how her demeanor could be quite damaging-despite this, Meghan has emphasized her respect for the comedian.

It will be fascinating to witness what revelations the hosts might share once they are free from contractual obligations and away from the table.

Do you believe these women could engage in some below-the-belt antics worthy of their own reality show? Additionally, would you be interested in reading a memoir penned by Joy?
