On the Thursday, November 2 episode, The View welcomed MSNBC host of the On Brand podcast, Donny Deutsch. He talked about the Hamas-Israel conflict, which caused tension in the U.S. and around the world. Donny also shared tips on how people avoid anti-semitism from rising in the U.S.
Thankfully, the interview was civil since it’s been a heated debate among people. The important conversation lasted seven minutes. The mood changed when Whoopi Goldberg spoke up. The controversial moderator got backlash for her previous anti-semitic comments.
She mentioned that Jesus was Jewish. Whoopi carefully chose her words. She looked over at the producer, who tried to send the show into a commercial break. The comedian joked, “Am I in trouble now?”
