The promo clip for “Clouds” was uploaded to YouTube. It focuses on Randall Pearson (Sterling K. Brown), who goes to see a therapist. He claims that if it weren’t for him, the entire family would have fallen apart. That is when the therapist asks the question, “would they?” Randall wasn’t expecting this and his voice begins to crack and tremble. He is overcome with emotion and a question flashes across the screen,
“A breakthrough or breakdown?”

Kevin Pearson Spends Time With His Mom
This Is Us season 4, episode 15 spoilers indicate Kevin spends the day with Rebecca. As fans saw in the last episode, Randall finally told him about their mother’s health. Kevin wasn’t thrilled that the information was kept from him. He also didn’t react well to his offers to get the top specialists were declined because Randall had already done everything. This causes some resentment and this will likely continue to be addressed in “Clouds.”
Toby Damon Makes a Grand Gesture
It is suggested Toby will make a grand gesture. This must have something to do with his marriage to Kate Pearson (Chrissy Metz). The two have been going through a rough patch and with baby Jack Damon nearly choking last week, it might have made him realize what’s truly important. Could Toby and Chrissy’s relationship be on the mend?
